We offer a 30-day return policy for unused sets or items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us via the form on our contact menu, so that our customer service team can assist. individual items cannot be returned when purchased as part of a set.

Yes, Our collections only include items made exclusively of 100% Turkish cotton and sourced directly from skilled Turkish artisans.

I recently bought a set of 100% cotton bath towels (CORDELLA Collection Bath Towels, 8 piece Bundle, Green) and so far, I’m really pleased with them. They’re soft, feel great on the skin, and look nice in the bathroom too. The material seems to be good quality, and they definitely add a little something extra to my bathroom. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend them if you're looking for soft, comfy towels.

Comfortable and Drying Power

Took the plunge and purchased an 8-piece set. Received instructions for prior to first use. Our family loves them. We have a range of towel preferences in the house, but they are not too fluffy and not too stiff.
In the process, the hardest part was deciding which color to pick. That and to get embroidered or not.
